So, what will I be doing?

As a HR Business Partner supporting our Operations you will be joining the HR shared Services team in a distinctive, ambitious and trusted manufacturing company that is committed to making great British dairy the right way. Forever. Working closely with the Head of HR Services and  your dedicated Site Manager and leadership teams you will be integral in shaping and implementing people plans for our Head Office and Supply Chain sites ensuring alignment to  to the strategic path to 2023.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing relevant management information and analysis of people data and KPIs to support the People plans
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders to resolve complex business scenarios
  • Coaching leaders to develop improved business performance , engagement  and well being of their people
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on all employee relations matters
  • Maintaining the internal case management system
  • Supporting with job leveling panels  and creation of job descriptions
  • Helping to ensure that all new starters are inducted on site and that structured and meaningful probation reviews take place
  • Analysing data from the Learning Management system, identifying trends and working with relevant stakeholders to determine appropriate actions
  • Supporting local recruitment and selection processes
  • Working with the central recruitment team to analyse site trends and challenges to ensure resolutions are identified and implemented
  • Working with the Head of HR to manage the site sole supplier agency relationship
  • Supporting the site and wider team with Engagement and change initiatives

Sounds interesting, what do I need?

These skills:

  • A depth of experience as a HR generalist/HR Business Partner 
  • Strong knowledge of employment law; able to lead and advise on complex cases
  • A demonstrable understanding and interest in HR topics and trends
  • Able to demonstrate good Commercial awareness 
  • Experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing or commercial environment
  • CIPD  qualified (level 7)
