Employee Benefit Trust - sharing in our success

Today, Yeo Valley remains a family-owned farming and dairy business. To celebrate the hard work and passion that Yeo Valley people have shown in the past five decades, in March 2020 a 20% share of Yeo Valley Production was placed into an Employee Benefit Trust. This means that everyone at Yeo Valley is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company performance.

Our colleagues are truly part of the family, now not only contributing to, but sharing in the overall success of the business.
