We all need time to recharge our batteries now and again, so we offer generous holiday entitlements that increase with length of service – 25 days plus bank holidays. All our holidays are pro-rata, which means that we all get the same amount according to our individual working patterns.

Pensions

We know how much our teams contribute to our future, so we look out for theirs too with a non-contributory pension scheme. There’s a generous company contribution and you’re encouraged to add into your pot too. There’s also access to free retirement or pensions advice with one of our friendly pension advisor partners.

To help ensure our employees and their families are well looked after, we enrol every employee into a Healthcare Cashback Plan which means they can claim money back for a wide range of treatments and health services. This includes free, confidential counselling services for when life brings it’s challenges. Discounted products and services

We think it’s only fair that the people who help make our delicious products get to enjoy it, so we give staff discounts on Yeo Valley items in the staff shop at each of our sites. If you’re into sport, our partnership with Bristol City means we get discounted (and sometimes free!) tickets for league games.

Cycle to work scheme

Any employee that chooses to ride to work can buy a tax-free bike through us, saving them lots of money while they stay fit!
