So, what will I be doing?

Working closely with the Event Manager on the day to day management, delivery and fulfillment of events organised in and out of the valley.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Event Manager to deliver; key staff engagement days 
  • Producing guest lists and creating schedules for events
  • Ensuring feedback emails are sent out after the events and that feedback is monitored
  • Managing EventBrite online booking system
  • Monitoring booking volumes ensure there is capacity and maximising attendance
  • Raising POs and invoicing 
  • Preparing a monthly financial report
  • Taking responsibility for the Bristol Sport ticket hospitality and ticket allocation
  • Supporting the Event Manager to manage the Charity budget
  • Checking inventory: equipment, event kit hire to other internal departments and marketing collateral 
  • Supporting the Event Manager in the organisation of Valley Fest
  • Managing the schedule for Ice Cream Van events

  • Fab customer service skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude - willing to help
  • Computer savvy
  • Willing to muck in where needed, the role will include some hands-on work
  • Good problem solving skills
  • An interest or knowledge of Brands
  • Must be flexible in relation to working hours
  • A driving licence
