So, what will I be doing?

Join a team that helps create the foundation of everything we do. At Yeo Valley, we’re proud of our world-class products and the people who make them. Right now, we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Skilled Operator to join our Production Team at our Crewkerne facility.

As a key player in the production process, you’ll be responsible for the accurate preparation and packing of our product– the critical base of our product line. At the heart of our business is a deep connection to nature and a pledge to nurturing our people. As a co-owned company, we believe in supporting every team member as both a sponsor and a co-owner. You'll be part of a workplace that values care—for our environment, our products, and most importantly, for each other. We grow stronger together by creating a culture where respect, wellbeing, and development are part of everyday life.

What You'll Do

    • Operate and maintain filling machines and associated equipment
    • Accurately follow production schedules and ensure product meets quality attributes
    • Conduct routine quality checks and maintain traceability records
    • Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure consistency and compliance
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
    • Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and general plant support

Please be aware that our Crewkerne manufacturing facility is in a remote location with no public transport.  This is a night shift role with working hours of 6pm - 6am
