So, what will I be doing?

As Quality Assurance Technician, you will be joining our Technical team at our Crewkerne site. 

Working closely with Production, Technical and Engineering teams you will be responsible for making sure our manufacturing units are operating to the required business and retailer standards and that our products are made the right way: safely and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Having a high factory presence; monitoring compliance and supporting production teams to ensure product is made Right First Time to agreed specifications and standards
  • Identifying risks and priorities relating to Food Safety, Quality, Hygiene and procedural compliance. Maintaining high site, product and systems standards.
  • Escalating issues and working with production departments to ensure effective corrective actions drive improvements, reducing waste and losses
  • Working proactively and supportively to help embed a Food Safety & Quality culture across manufacturing units and cross functional teams

  • Proven multi-tasking skills; the ability to lead and work as part of a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • A passion and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
  • Internal auditing and HACCP training preferred
