Due to continued growth, we are seeking new Team Members to join our diverse, friendly and passionate team. We have a number of different positions available across our packing and operations areas. Using the skills you currently have you’ll have the opportunity to develop new skills for your future and chosen career pathway with us.

Most of our team start as Skilled Operators and are given support and training. However, we are also currently looking for Mutli-skilled operators, so if you have some more advanced skills and experience to bring to the team you may be ready to start further up our career pathway.

The shift will follow a 4 on 4 off DAYS shift pattern 6:00-18:00.

Here is an idea of the career pathway and progression opportunities available, as well as the things you could be doing:

Skilled Operators: Up to £12.18ph (depending on shift pattern) – Use machinery, equipment and tools or Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to complete tasks as a team member

Multi-Skilled Operators: Up to £13.02ph (depending on shift pattern) – Effectively operate fast moving machinery, train and co-ordinate team members activities; and ensure materials and products are used or moved correctly

Technical Operators:  Up to £14.18ph (depending on shift pattern) – Effectively operate fast moving machinery, train andco-ordinate team members activities; and use problem solving skills completing general machinery maintenance and first line fixes

Lead Operators:  Up to £14.18ph (depending on shift pattern) – Co-ordinate and communicate the movement and priorities of materials and people resources within the department to be most effective
