This is an exciting new role and will be key to supporting the Event Manager in hosting a variedcalendar of events at Yeo Valley. The role will support with ensuring visitors to the valley aredelivered an exceptional experience every time! This is a fantastic opportunity for anorganised and methodical individual who is looking for an interesting and varied seasonal role.We are looking for someone to join us on a 4 month fixed-term contract starting in June andfinishing in September. This is a full-time position, based at our HQ in Blagdon, with travel toevents as required
The role will involve:
- Supporting the Events Manager in delivering: key employee engagement days E.g. YeoFarming, Long Service celebration; consumer events e.g. Partner days, Farm to Fridgedays (Farm tours), and Garden based events; and Charity and CommunityEngagement Events.
- Producing planners for each event including supplier details, quotes, H&S reqs andbudget.
- Using Survey Monkey (or similar) to send feedback forms after the events and thatfeedback is monitored and actioned where necessary
- Preparing monthly financial reports: Tracking income vs yeokens as well as Trackingspend vs budget
- Supporting the Event Manager to manage the Charity budget: Colleagues in theCommunity.
