So, what will I be doing?

This is an exciting administrative role key to supporting the central functions of Yeo ValleyLimited. The role will support our team with an effective and timely administration service,playing a key role in assisting the services department with company secretarial, legal andgeneral administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and methodicalindividual who is looking for an interesting and varied role working for a great team!
 
Some of your jobs will include:
  • Providing support with governance and corporate compliance.
  • Maintaining and updating the statutory registers across a number of companies within the family of businesses.]
  • Assisting with preparing confidential legal documentation and board reports.
  • Board meeting diary management, board agendas and reports preparation.
Hours: This is a part-time position working 20 hours a week, based at our Head Office inthe village of Blagdon

The successful individual will be personable, professional and flexible in their approach.Working with a selection of internal stakeholders within Yeo Valley, the successful applicantwill need excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.A strong attention to detail and a high degree of discretion are essential skills to beingsuccessful in this post.
 
Skills and experience
  • Higher level qualification in law, corporate governance or finance (eg. CILEX, CGI).
  • Proven experience working with confidential information in a high paced business environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to engage and communicate with Directors, senior management and a wide range of internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
  • Knowledge of entities management software (eg. Diligent) preferred
  • Self-motivated, quick learning and capable of working on own initiative.
  • Ability to work confidentially and professionally
