So, what will I be doing?

This is an exciting administrative role key to supporting the central functions of Yeo Valley Limited. The role will support our team with an effective and timely administration service, playing a key role in assisting the services department with mainly HR as well as general administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and methodical individual who is looking for an interesting and varied role working for a great team!

Some of your jobs will include:

 Managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
 Involvement in all areas of L&D and working with managers to identify and book training.
 Work alongside managers and answer any HR related queries.

Hours: This is a 40 hours a week position, based at our Head Office in the village of Blagdon.

Salary: Up to £32,ooo dependent on experience.

The successful individual will be personable, professional and flexible in their approach. Working with a selection of internal stakeholders within Yeo Valley, the successful applicant will need excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
A strong attention to detail and a high degree of discretion are essential skills to being successful in this post.
 
Skills and experience

 Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
 Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
 Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
 Excellent communication and reporting skills to engage and communicate with Directors, senior management, and a wide range of internal stakeholders.
 Self-motivated, quick learning and capable of working on own initiative.
 Ability to work confidentially and professionally.
 Ideally previous experience in HR/Financial administration.
 CIPD Level 3/5 preferrable.
