Are you passionate about food quality, compliance, and continuous improvement? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring excellence in one of the UK’s most loved dairy brands?
At Yeo Valley, we’re proud to produce delicious, organic dairy products while caring for our people, our cows, and the planet. We’re now looking for a Quality Systems Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team at our Cannington site, supporting the Quality System Manager in maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems. This role covers duties commonly conducted by a Quality Systems Technologist or Technical Administrator.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Supporting the maintenance and continual improvement of site Quality Systems (QMS)
-
Assisting with internal and external audits (e.g. BRCGS, customer, and regulatory bodies)
-
Coordinating document control, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
-
Reinforcing site HACCP and food safety plans in collaboration with technical and operations teams
-
Helping to ensure all systems align with food safety legislation and customer requirements
-
Establishing training, communication, and implementation of quality procedures across site teams
Internal audit training is a mandatory requirement for this role, as you will play an active part in the site’s internal audit programme. You’ll also support the Quality Manager in the day-to-day running of quality systems and processes, helping to monitor and report on site quality KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement is embedded across the business.
We are looking for a candidate that matches our values, which are rooted in nature – and in nurturing our people. We believe in growing talent from within, and we’re committed to helping our employees reach their full potential. Whether it’s through training, mentoring, or opportunities to step into new challenges, we’ll support your development every step of the way.
