    This role operations a working pattern of 4 on 4 off with hours from 06:00 - 18:00. 

    Purpose of role: Support the safe, consistent and efficient production of yogurt by operating mixing systems, following recipes, and maintaining quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate and maintain milk mixing systems and associated equipment
    • Follow mixing recipes and production schedules accurately
    • Complete routine quality checks and maintain batch records
    • Work closely with Production and QA to ensure consistency and compliance
    • Maintain a clean, safe working environment
    • Support inventory, stock rotation and general plant activities

Sounds interesting, what do I need?

Essential:

  • Good team working skills
  • Able to undertake manual tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communication

Desirable: 

  • Basic Food hygiene
  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Relevant work experience as a machine Operator in a production environment
