Empowering Yeo: A Smarter Way to Work 

This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.

At Yeo Valley, we’re on an exciting journey to transform how we work. As part of our Empowering Yeo: A Smarter Way to Work programme, we’re upgrading our core systems and moving to use a series of core apps to drive efficiency and innovation, improving the systems landscape across the business as a whole. We’re looking for a dynamic Change Manager to lead the people side of this transformation—ensuring our co-owners are engaged, supported, and ready to embrace new ways of working.

Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll be at the heart of this change, designing and delivering strategies to build trust, confidence, and capability across our business. From stakeholder engagement to training and performance monitoring, you’ll ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. You’ll also line-manage the HR Process Manager, collaborating to align SOP development with change timelines.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Audience Impact Analysis: Identify key stakeholders and tailor support for high-impact groups.

  • Communication Strategy: Craft clear, compelling messaging across multiple channels.

  • Training & Support: Develop role-specific training and establish a network of Change Champions.

  • UAT & Piloting: Coordinate testing and feedback to refine systems before rollout.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track adoption and deliver reinforcement plans to sustain change.

Sounds interesting, what do I need?

Essential:

  • Experience leading multiple complex change and systems implementation programmes.
  • Strong track record of planning and delivering change across diverse user groups and operational environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with or alongside HRIS, ERP, or planning platforms.
  • Able to manage people, priorities, and multiple workstreams with a calm and clear focus.

Desirable:

  • Formal change management certification (Prosci, APMG, etc.)
  • Experience with iTrent, IFS, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience in food production, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Working knowledge of collaborative platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Miro etc.)
