This is a 6 month fixed term contract position.

In this exciting transformation position you will play a key role in shaping the future of our HR systems at Yeo Valley.

We’re looking for an experienced HR Process Consultant to lead the definition, design, and documentation of HR processes for our iTrent implementation. Reporting to the Core Applications Change Manager, you’ll work closely with HR leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure our processes are system-ready, efficient, and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Lead the design and documentation of HR processes, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, absence tracking, and recruitment administration.

  • Collaborate with the iTrent technical team to configure the system for optimal performance.

  • Facilitate workshops to map future-state processes and drive business engagement.

  • Develop clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support training and adoption.

  • Champion a "vanilla-first" approach to system configuration, minimising customisation.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance additional HR processes, such as performance management and pay frameworks.
