Are you fluent in CRM, passionate about digital, and ready to help us connect with consumers who love our organic food as much as we do? We’re looking for a visionary CRM Campaign Manager with the drive to lead our digital connections. You’ll be the voice of Yeo across our digital channels, and Bloomreach-powered CRM – making every interaction feel personal, purposeful, and unmistakably Yeo.
So, what will I be doing?
You’ll lead the CRM strategy and execution of campaigns to drive engagement, loyalty, and conversion to Yeokens our award-winning loyalty scheme. You’ll champion data and insights to help us deepen relationships with our 1.5 million+ Yeokeners. You’ll collaborate with our creative teams to deliver content that’s fresh, fun, and full of flavour. As well as managing digital partners to evolve our digital experience to be smarter, more personal, and always a step ahead of the herd.
Hours: This is a 40 hours a week position, based at our Head Office in the village of Blagdon.
Salary: Up to £50,000 dependent on experience.

Sounds interesting, what do I need?

 4+ years’ experience in CRM and digital strategy.
 Hands-on experience with Bloomreach or similar CRM platforms.
 A can-do attitude and a natural flair for writing and storytelling.
 Strong project management skills and a love for solving problems.
 A passion for sustainability and organic living.
