So, what will I be doing?

This is an exciting new role supporting the Creative Marketing Manager in bringing campaigns and brand activations to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and detail loving individual who thrives on variety, loves food and wants to bring fresh ideas to a
brilliant and down to earth team.

The role will involve:

 Supporting photo shoots
 Creating mood boards
 Research and Trend Analysis

Hours: This is a 40 hours a week position, based at our Head Office in the village of Blagdon.

Salary: Up to £30,000 dependant on experience.

We’re looking for someone with a creative spark, great ideas, and an eye for detail, someone who loves bringing brands to life and keeping projects running smoothly. You’ll be working closely with the creative team helping turn big ideas into brilliant campaigns and content.

You should be confident that you can demonstrate the following:

 Positive, can-do attitude – A true reflection of Yeo’s upbeat, down-to-earth personality.
 Creative thinker – Full of ideas and energy, with the ability to help shape and deliver engaging marketing activity.
 Organised and proactive – Able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and creative requests with ease.
 Brand & visual identity – Confident interpreting and applying brand guidelines to keep everything looking and feeling distinctly Yeo.
 Social media savvy – Knows what works across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, especially when it comes to food-loving audiences.
 Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – with a willingness to learn and grow your creative toolkit.
 Video & motion know-how (Desirable) – Basic experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects would be a bonus.
 Detail obsessed – You’ve got a great eye for what looks good and what feels right.
 Team player – Collaborative, friendly, and happy rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
