You’re responsibilities;.

As the Performance and Improvement Manager, you will act as a specialist and influencer, driving sustainable performance improvements in liquid food processing. By using data-driven insights, you will identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve quality, and strengthen process capability.

Success in this role depends on your ability to influence colleagues across operations and engineering through analysis, insight, and best practice. You will challenge current ways of working, facilitate root cause problem-solving, and support teams in embedding improvements that deliver measurable results for the business.

Experience
  • Proven experience of successful leadership within multifunctional FMCG business environment
  • Multi-Site Experience Preferable
  • Proven expertise in development and delivery of capital engineering investments in process and packaging plant
  • Supplier Relationship Management experience preferred
  •  Short shelf life / high care / dairy category experience preferred
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in engineering preferred 
  • Post graduate management qualification preferred
  • Recognised qualification in Project Management preferred
  • Recognised qualification in continuous improvement preferred
