We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef who ideally has a passion for pastry to join our small, busy team. Using quality, locally sourced and organic ingredients that showcase the results of our regenerative farming, the kitchen team are responsible for
delivering excellent wholesome dishes and delicious tasty treats for our employees, suppliers, guests of Yeo Valley and of course the public.
Whilst your focus will be on producing cakes and desserts, no day here at Yeo Valley is ever the same so one day you could be cooking and serving a breakfast at our HQ, the next assisting in a cookery demonstration or even testing new products and helping in recipe
development.
Collaborating with the kitchen team as a whole to create new seasonal recipes and menu plan
Producing and serving consistently high-quality food
Helping to ensure that all ordering of goods is processed through the correct approved suppliers to guarantee consistent use of ingredients and traceability
Along with the rest of the team, carry out and implement Health & Safety standards to maintain 5 star status in Venues from the EHO
Hours: This is a full-time role working at Yeo Valley HQ, predominantly Mon-Fri with
some evening and weekend work.
