So, what will I be doing?

As Production Support Planner you will be joining the Planning and Replenishment Team in a distinctive, ambitious and trusted manufacturing company that is committed to making great British dairy the right way. Forever. Working closely with the Production Planning Manager you will be responsible for the effective provision of daily production plans for Yeo Valley manufacturing operations. You will interact with manufacturing, replenishment, and commercial colleagues to ensure effective production planning.

This is a shift based role, 6am to 6pm, 4 days on 4 days off.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the provision of stable, effective production plans to the manufacturing operations and schedules to meet the customer demand forecast.
  • Generating accurate reports to support the Planning Team.
  • Effectively liaising with the manufacturing and replenishment operations to support the Planning Team.
  •  Producing accurate, reliable, and timely reports to advise the wider business of any risks to service level.
  • Escalating any significant risks and impacts to plan achievement which may result in a significant impact on customer service.
  • Providing effective flexible cover for all holidays and absence necessary to support the effective operation of the Production Planning function.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships, confidence and trust with internal teams, creating shared understanding and effective solutions.

  • Experience of Micro Soft Dynamics
  • Short shelf life Food industry experience.
